Phoenix Services Limited was established by Philip and Raewyn Brown in August 1994 as a result of centralisation of a large international facilities management company. We saw this centralisation as an opportunity to specialise in property maintenance and fulfil our vision to become Southland's leading maintenance contractor. This objective is achieved through the combination of our experience and focused approach to the maintenance area.
