The People

Philip Brown - Managing Director

Philip is a registered Electrician with advanced Trade Certificate and has a wide range of experience not only in electrical trade but in building maintainence.

He is also an Independently Qualified Person for building compliance and a qualified Fire Protection Serviceman.

Prior to establishing Phoenix Services Limited, Philip was the Invercargill Branch Manager for a large international Facilities Management Company. He was responsible for managing all facets of the business from tendering to controlling and overseeing contracts throughout Southland.

Philip has skills in people management and operations management and is experienced in providing clients with a high level of customer service.

Raewyn Brown - Director

Prior to setting up Phoenix with Philip, Raewyn was Officer in Charge of a small sub-branch of a bank. After 10 years in the banking industry, Raewyn has a sound knowledge of the financial aspects of business and operates our modern computerised accounting system.

Our team at Phoenix Services Limited are all qualified, reliable trades persons.     Each trades person is experienced and has a very high standard of workmanship.

Resources

Phoenix Services operates a modern fleet of well-equipped vehicles giving our staff mobility and reliability in delivery of our services. All staff are easily contacted through our cellular network. Our trades people are highly presentable and reliable.  We operate a modern accounting system, which keeps track of your individual job to allow us to monitor its progress.

Health and Safety

Phoenix Services hold a tertiary level in the ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices. We are very proud of this rating and work hard to maintain and improve  our service through Health and Safety. We feel all our staff are trained and perform at a high level. You will notice they all do risk assessment forms before starting any job, looking for hazards etc.
