We tailor our services to your needs - for example, you may prefer work to be completed between certain hours or you may have certain procedures to be performed prior to work commencing or finishing.

Prompt service and response times - we guarantee you a quick response, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for peace of mind for that problem at hand.

Our staff and subcontractors are the key to your service satisfaction. We only engage qualified trades people and their workmanship is guaranteed.

Health and Safety

Phoenix Services is focused and committed to health and safety and the relevant codes of practice and guidelines.

We undergo regular external H&S assessments and have achieved outstanding results. We are currently placed in the highest categories for the following:

  • Impac Prequal - achieved 5 star assessment rating

  • Sitewise - achieved Green Status Accreditation

  • ACC WSMP Tertiary level (2018)

  • ISNetworld - achieved 100% pass rating on their H&S International standards

Phoenix Services is a valued member of Site Safe NZ and we constantly demonstrate a commitment to the development of out robust health and safety systems and workplace culture ensuring a safe working environment for our staff as well as our clients.

We are very proud of these ratings and work hard to maintain and improve our services through health and safety. We feel all our staff are trained and perform at a high level. You will notice they all do risk assessment forms or use their phones to fill in a risk assessment app before starting any job. 

What about security?

Phoenix Services Limited staff wear distinctive, tidy, easily identifiable uniforms and carry identification.

You are advised when we enter or leave the premises and confidentiality is assured. We presently carry out maintenance work for many high profile security conscious firms and are more than happy to provide references if required. 

Resources

Phoenix Services operates a modern fleet of well-equipped vehicles giving our staff mobility and reliability in the delivery of our services. All staff are easily contacted through our cellular network. Our trades people are highly presentable and reliable.

 

We operate a modern accounting system, which keeps track of your individual job to allow us to monitor its progress. 

LEAN Management

In 2016, Phoenix Services started applying a LEAN management system in their business. This is an ongoing development of all our systems but this journey has made us a very effective and efficient company, reduced waste and made everything just work better.

 

All staff are involved in the running of the company and get to have their say.
