Response times vary, but we aim to attend to urgent issues within 1 hour. For urgent matters, we aim to get there within the hour. For all other job requests, we will generally be able to book a suitable time with you when you log the job with us.

Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotes for all services up to $30,000 and within the Invercargill town boundary.

We apply a call-out charge to calls after 5 pm and on weekends. This includes one hour of labour and a vehicle charge within the town boundary.
