Our staff and subcontractors are the key to your service satisfaction. We only engage qualified trades people and their workmanship is guaranteed.
What About Security?
Phoenix Services Limited staff wear distinctive, tidy, easily identifiable uniforms and carry identification.
You are advised when we enter or leave the premises and confidentiality is assured. We presently carry out maintenance work for many high profile security conscious firms and are more than happy to provide references if required.

Phoenix Services operates a modern fleet of well-equipped vehicles giving our staff mobility and reliability in delivery of our services. All staff are easily contacted through our cellular network. Our trades people are highly presentable and reliable. We operate a modern accounting system, which keeps track of your individual job to allow us to monitor its progress. We offer free quotes within the Invercargill town boundary.
LEAN Management
In 2016 Phoenix started applying a LEAN management system into their busness . This is an ongoing development of all our systems but this journey has made us a very effective and efficient company, reduced waste and made everything just work better . All staff are involved in the running of the company and get to have their say.

Phoenix Services are focused and committed to Health and Safety and the relevant codes of practice and guidelines.
We undergo regular external H& S assessments and have achieved outstanding results and we are currently places in the highest categories for the following .

- Sitewise – Achieved Green Status Accreditation
- ACC WSMP Tertiary level (2018)
- ISNetworld – Achieved 100% pass rating on their H&S International standards
Phoenix services is a valued member of the Site safe NZ and we constantly demonstrate a commitment to the delelopment of our robust health and safety syetems and workplace culture ensuring a safe working enviroment tor our staff as well as our clients.
We are very proud of these ratings and work hard to maintain and improve our service through Health and Safety. We feel all our staff are trained and perform at a high level. You will notice they all do risk assessment forms or use their phones to fill is an risk assesment app before starting any job.

Linda Froude - Managing Director
•Linda had an early career in the Healthcare industry as a Nurse in Canada which she brought to New Zealand and worked at the old Kew Hospital, before starting her role at Phoenix in the office.
After 20+ years at Phoenix, Linda has a great understanding of the processes and procedures to make everything run smoothly.
Garry Froude - Director
•Garry started his career with Telecom and is a qualified Telecommunication technician
•His last 20+ years have been in the IT industry working on all aspects of Hardware and software.
•Garry has skills in problem solving and has a very good understanding of all trades.
•Garry’s role is to create a good working environment that is safe for all to work in.
